New generation of the F. Dick light duty sausage filler
Culinary Association sponsor, German manufacturer Friedr. Dick has launched a new generation of manually operated tabletop sausage fillers in various sizes and designs for professionals as well as for home butchers.
A new, handy 6.8 litre light-duty sausage filler is suitable for home butchers, hunters been completely revamped. The new generation is based on the proven, robust and stable basic construction of the previous version.
What’s new is that the filler is even more hygienic due to the closed construction and the additional corrosion protection on the gear wheels and side bars.
Filling and cleaning are very simple thanks to the removable cylinder. Thanks to the polished interior of the cylinder, the piston can be moved down smoothly without leaving any residue.
The plastic piston is equipped with a patented vent valve. The filling tube is emptied when the piston is retracted.
The new light duty sausage filler is also transportable and can be easily fixed to a table as usual.
A set of four different plastic filling tubes is already included in the basic equipment of the sausage filler. A stainless steel filling tube set is also available in the range of accessories.
